Boarding around 9:00 AM on a traditional boat (Long Tail Boat) and head towards the northern tip of Koh Yao Noi, in the heart of Phang Nga Bay. After crossing the Hong Islands archipelago with stops at Koh Pakbiar and/or Koh Ladin, you will spend most of the day discovering natural masterpieces like Koh Kudu and Koh Roi. Enjoy a jungle walk to see one of the largest trees in Thailand. Buffet lunch on the beach with Thai specialties.
Depending on the tide, you will visit a real pirate hideout where you will spend the night! It’s a large cave open to the sea, located on a beach at the eastern tip of Koh Yao Noi. Today, local fishermen still use it several times a month, and you might even be lucky enough to have them prepare your dinner (not guaranteed).
While your guide’s assistant sets up camp, enjoy the sunset on another idyllic beach.
Return to the cave for a wood-fire fish dinner. Then, when complete darkness sets in, experience the unique opportunity to swim in bioluminescent plankton.
Overnight in a mosquito-net tent inside the cave.
Early wake-up to face the sunrise. Enjoy tea, coffee, and cake, then around 7:00 AM, set sail again towards Koh Hong, famous for its large lagoon formed inside the limestone rock and surrounded by mangroves. Visit the beaches and the lagoon, then head towards Red Island for a snorkeling session. Encounter a diverse marine life, including clownfish, parrotfish, manta rays, and many more.
Return to Ao Nang pier around 12:00 PM. Your luggage will be waiting for you, and there’s the option to take a shower if needed before continuing to your next destination.
